Aside from our works with some of the industries biggest homebuilders Coombs Construction are proud to complete works on behalf of Kier Facilities Management and Celtic Horizons.
Kier Facilities manage a large proportion of Welsh Assembly Governments land and property portfolio and Coombs Construction Services regularly complete Landscaping, Grounds Maintenance, Tree Surgery, Fencing, Waste Removal and Various Ground Works on behalf of Kier Facilities.
Coombs Construction Services are also responsible for completing Tree Survey Reports on all plots of land owned by the Welsh Assembly Government across Wales. Through our in-house professional tree inspector we inspect trees on plots of land, giving advice and recommendations on hazardous or dangerous trees.
Celtic Horizons manage a vast portfolio of social housing on behalf United Welsh and we regularly complete physical adaption works to properties for occupation by vulnerable persons. These works often include groundworks, disability access and handrails.
Aside from Physical adaption works Coombs Construction also complete various other regular external works on behalf of Celtic Horizons in the form of Full Re-generation Works, Fencing, Tree Surgery, De-vegetation and Groundworks such as patios, driveways, footpaths, and drainage works.
As part of our internal portfolio Coombs Construction complete large scale Dry lining, Plastering and Painting & Decorating works on behalf of Celtic Horizons.
